- 15K for Nights Relo on a case by case
Title:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience. Candidates with MICU, SICU, or CSU experience will be considered.Salary range:
$33/hr- $46/hr (based on experience).
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 for Day Shift and Up to $15,000 for Night Shift. Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis. BSN preferred; ASN or Nursing Diploma accepted.Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting. Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and communication skills. Experience caring for critically ill patients.Required Certifications & Licensure:
Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License (FL license required within 60 days of hire if compact license held). BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association)- Required within 6 months of hire. NIHSS Certification
- Required within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and recovery. Monitor, maintain, and review patient records, test results, and clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.Pay:
