Registered Nurse - Home Health

Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Private Duty Nursing Agency Alpha Allied Home Care is an independently owned and operated homecare provider located in Jupiter. We are a licensed Home Health Agency (AHCA #299991425) servicing Palm Beach County. We are looking for reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team of caregivers, LPNs, and RNs. We are a patient-focused private duty nursing agency seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 3 days per week). Position Overview This role combines field-based clinical work with periodic in-office responsibilities, making it ideal for an RN who enjoys both direct patient interaction and contributing to care quality. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments (OASIS) for new and existing patients Develop and update individualized Plans of Care based on assessment findings Review nursing notes and clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance (approximately 1 day per week, in-office) Schedule 2 days per week: Field-based (in-home assessments and POC development) 1 day per week: In-office (clinical documentation review) Requirements Current Florida RN license in good standing Experience with OASIS assessments and Plan of Care development Knowledge of home health documentation and compliance standards Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Prior home health or private duty nursing experience Familiarity with Medicaid PDN requirements
