Job Description

NOTE:
This is a commission based position with the potential to build into a busy part-time or full-time practice. This position is NOT for you if you do not have the financial flexibility to start small and grow, A true family Family Practice opportunity! This well established and loved practice with 25 years of history in the community has space for an additional practitioner. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your own panel of patients without creating the entire business model, this is a dream opportunity come true. Our candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to practice "old school," relationship based medicine supported by a team of knowledgeable staff to streamline patient care and patient flow. The candidate will have extensive knowledge base and experience to function independently in decision making with physician support when needed. Nurse Practitioner or PA with a strong entrepreneurial desire to build his or her practice. Flexibility to start part-time and grow a thriving practice Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for wellness, complex acute, critical, and chronically ill within Primary Care environment. Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient's age-specific needs. Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities Implements interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiologic stability. Monitors the effectiveness of interventions. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals. Facilitates staff, patient and family decision making by providing educational tools.

Up to $80.00 per hour
