$75,000 - $95,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team in the healthcare industry. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about improving patient care, implementing innovative healthcare solutions, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on providing strategic consultation and advice to our clients to help improve their healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to improve their healthcare services and patient outcomes. 2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's healthcare systems, identifying areas for improvement and making strategic recommendations. 3. Develop and implement innovative healthcare solutions, using evidence-based practices to improve patient care and service delivery. 4. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing expert nursing input and advice. 5. Conduct training and educational sessions for clients, helping them to understand and implement new healthcare practices and procedures. 6. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare, ensuring that our clients are always provided with the most current and effective advice. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of consultations, assessments, and recommendations. 8. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. 2. Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on consulting, strategic planning, and healthcare improvement. 3. Exceptional knowledge of healthcare systems, practices, and regulations. 4. Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing strategic recommendations. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. 6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex healthcare issues. 7. Proven ability to conduct training and educational sessions, with a focus on implementing new healthcare practices and procedures. 8. Strong commitment to ethical practice and regulatory compliance. 9. Ability to travel as required, to provide onsite consultation and support to clients.
