• Summary:

• The Procedural RN responsibilities include: + RN is proficient in the care of a sub-specialty group of patients utilizing effective managerial skills + RN acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team + RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization + RN acts as a mentor and resource expert, supports and shares organizational information to all team members.

+ RN performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse. This position requires a minimum of two years RN experience. We prefer at least 1 year of Critical Care experience as an

RN. RN PACU

experience is strongly preferred.

• Certifications and Licensures:

• + BLS (Basic Life Support) + RN (Registered Nurse) + ACLS (Cardiovascular) + PALS, if required + Preferred Nurse Specialty

• Education:

• + Bachelor's Nursing Preferred + Or Associate's Nursing or Nursing Diploma

• Experience:

• + Required 2 years acute care experience or 2 year Interventional/Procedural experience + Preferred Experience includes 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship.

• Specific Skills:

• + Clinical skills appropriate to position + Interpersonal skills
