Staff America Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN hospice positions in Leesburg, FL area. Work with a dedicated team to provide compassionate care for terminally ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled bedside nursing care as directed by the Registered Nurse. Assist in creating and implementing care plans. Participate in infection control and standard precautions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide bereavement support. Document patient care notes and report changes to the RN and team.

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Florida. Minimum 1 year of experience in hospice. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Valid car insurance Current BLS (CPR) certification. Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in hospice care. Familiarity with HCHB software.

Schedule:
