Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Are you tired of the hospital life? Are you looking for something different? Home Health just might be the right fit for you! We are looking for clinically strong, self-motivated RN's to add to our team. We are a busy home health agency serving Lake, Sumter and Marion counties. The RN administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence and coordinates care with others who are part of the Interdisciplinary Care Team. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing. Must be able to take a regular scheduled on-call assignment. Schedule is five 8 hr days with 2 days off or four 10-hour days with 3 days off a week. Qualifications and Skills Current and unrestricted Florida RN license, Must have at least 1 year Med/Surg experience as a nurse. Must be able to work in all of our service area. Home Health nursing experience preferred but will train the right individual, Current CPR certification
