About the Role In this role, you'll provide essential nursing care from intake through discharge, ensuring patients feel safe, respected, and supported from the very beginning. You'll conduct assessments, respond to changes in patient condition, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Your clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion will help create a structured, therapeutic setting where individuals can stabilize, regain control, and begin their journey toward recovery.
What You Will Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including intake, admission, shift, and discharge evaluations
  • Gather, assess, and communicate critical patient information to support coordinated care
  • Monitor patient status and provide timely nursing interventions
  • Administer medications and carry out physician orders safely and accurately
  • Lead and support shift operations, including nursing assignments and peer collaboration
  • Supervise and delegate care to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
  • Complete accurate documentation and incident reports in compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety, stabilization, and recovery What We're Looking For
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of Florida required
  • Experience in behavioral health or inpatient settings preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
