Key Responsibilities:

Lead with

Excellence:

Partner with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to uphold the highest standards of care.

Daily Oversight:

Conduct rounds to ensure compliance with nursing protocols and quality standards.

Resident Care:

Deliver person-centered care and promptly address resident needs or concerns.

Compliance & Surveys:

Participate in facility surveys, maintaining regulatory standards.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Education & Training:

Conduct in-service training to keep staff updated on best practices.

Incident Reporting:

Investigate, document, and follow up on incidents appropriately.

Care Planning:

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and review care plans.

Emergency Response:

Respond to emergencies efficiently, ensuring safety of residents and staff.

Quality Assurance:

Participate in initiatives aimed at improving resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Florida Experience in nursing home or long-term care preferred Strong commitment to professionalism, excellence, and compassionate care
