Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic academic team as a Part-Time Nursing Academic Advisor & Program Development Consultant, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing education. General Purpose Support the growth and academic strengthening of the Nursing programs at Atlantis University, particularly the Bachelor in Nursing (BSN) with NCLEX orientation, and assist in the initial planning and guidance for the future Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN). Responsibilities Main Responsibilities Provide guidance and recommendations for the development and improvement of the Nursing academic programs. Support the review of curriculum content and alignment with NCLEX expectations and current U.S. healthcare trends. Participate in periodic meetings with academic leadership regarding Nursing program planning and growth. Offer professional insight based on her academic and clinical experience in U.S. Nursing education. Collaborate in the conceptual development of the future Associate Degree in Nursing program. Support institutional initiatives related to Nursing education, student success, and healthcare partnerships when required. Desired Profile Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) completed in the United States Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Master's Degree in Nursing Doctorate in Nursing or related field Strong understanding of U.S. Nursing education and NCLEX standards Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Cuban-American background and understanding of Hispanic student populations is highly valued Institutional Value This position brings practical U.S. Nursing education experience and supports the university's vision of expanding innovative healthcare programs aligned with workforce needs and academic quality standards.
