We specialize in functional medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV nutrient therapy, injectables, concierge wellness services, and advanced skincare treatments. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly professional Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys wellness medicine, patient education, IV therapy, and delivering exceptional concierge-level patient care.
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care within the clinic and during concierge appointments throughout the Miami area. The ideal candidate is confident with IV starts, blood draws, injections, and wellness-based therapies while maintaining a luxury patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and obtain vital signs. Initiate and manage IV therapies, hydration treatments, vitamin infusions, NAD+ infusions, and wellness protocols. Perform venipuncture and blood draws with excellent technique and patient comfort in mind. Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections. Monitor patients during treatments and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or emergencies. Educate patients regarding treatment plans, supplements, wellness therapies, and lifestyle recommendations. Assist providers with functional medicine, hormone optimization, and longevity-based treatments. Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR system. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and safety standards. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain inventory of clinical supplies. Travel to concierge appointments throughout the Miami area as needed. Assist with occasional clinic events, wellness promotions, and patient outreach initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills. Current BLS certification. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Ability to lift and transport clinical supplies and IV equipment for concierge visits. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred:
Experience in IV therapy, infusion nursing, concierge medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, wellness clinics, or med spas. Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Experience with functional medicine and longevity-focused care. Familiarity with peptide therapies and medical weight loss programs. Experience with vitamin injections, NAD+ therapy, and hydration infusions. Knowledge of aesthetic medicine and skincare treatments.
