Facility Administrator and Clinical Supervisor Job Summary:

The Charge Nurse is a qualified professional nurse responsible for planning and organizing all patient and personnel activities in the hemodialysis unit on all shifts. He/she will assume authority for the operations of the facility in the absence of the Administrative Nursing Director.

Qualifications:

Current license for registered nurse Baccalaureate degree preferred Minimum of one year in nursing to include six months' experience in a hemodialysis unit CPR Certification
