Naples, FL 34105 We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient clinical team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a seasoned nursing professional who excels in patient care, starting IVs, and post-procedure recovery monitoring. This is not a hospital position . We are looking for a nurse who enjoys working in a professional, patient-focused clinic environment and is available Friday mornings on a consistent basis . Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient clinical setting. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in starting and managing intravenous (IV) lines. Monitor and care for patients during the post-procedure recovery period. Assess patient status, recognize potential complications, and respond appropriately. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider. Provide patient education and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required. Exceptional IV insertion skills and extensive experience with vascular access. Prior experience caring for post-procedure patients in a recovery setting is strongly preferred. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient-monitoring abilities. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinic environment. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a confident, experienced RN who requires minimal supervision, has outstanding IV skills, and is comfortable monitoring patients during recovery following office-based procedures.
