Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Registered Professional Nurse licensed in the State of Florida. Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certificate issued by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or entity approved by the Florida Department of Health. Entity approved by the Florida Department of Health. These certifications and license need to be kept current.

The role of the School Nurse is to oversee all medical care of students during the school day. They will train and supervise the Health Clinic Aide as well as school staff who care for student's medical needs.
