The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. This role requires a experience in Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health Disorders Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing individual needs and developing appropriate care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for adverse reactions. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Perform routine physical assessments to monitor patient health status and identify any changes in condition. Assist in the coordination of patient care activities, including referrals to specialists as needed. Qualifications Valid nursing license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Proficiency in maintaining medical documentation and records management. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN/RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in Detox/Mental Health.

This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. The RN/LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in physicians Provide care to patients, including medications, vitals, UDS, glucose monitoring Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients. Assist in performing EKGs Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems like KIPU. Educate patients and their families Participate in treatment team meetings Experience Previous experience in Detox/Mental Health Familiarity with infection control practices is essential. Experience with medication management Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
