Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years CVOR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule:
6:00 AM - 4:30
PM Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of two years' recent experience in a CVOR RN role BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and perioperative nursing protocols Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to CVOR patients throughout the surgical process Assist cardiovascular surgeons during complex procedures including open heart surgeries and interventional interventions Monitor, assess, and document patient condition before, during, and following procedures Collaborate closely with surgical, anesthesia, and recovery teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards Support a seamless transition of care from operating to recovery rooms
