PM Desired Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience Proven knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and protocols Current BLS certification (and ACLS preferred) Excellent ability to remain composed in high-intensity, fast-paced surgical settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Scrub and circulate as a CVOR RN during cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after procedures Administer medications and manage intraoperative equipment per protocol Collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict compliance with safety and infection control standards Document accurately in the EMR, ensuring completeness and timeliness Support patients and families by providing clear explanations and compassionate care This position will immerse you in a dynamic work environment that offers exposure to advanced procedures such as open-heart surgeries, interventional cardiac care, and emergency support in a regional trauma center.
