Available Shifts:
Weekend Day Shift:
Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM- 7:00
PM Pay Rate:
$50 per hour weekend rateWeekday Night Shift:
Weekdays, 7:00 PM- 7:00

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes to the clinical team Follow the patient's plan of care Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Provide tracheostomy care and G-tube care Assist with Hoyer lift transfers and patient mobility needs Maintain patient safety, comfort, and care needs during the assigned shift Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate with the clinical team, patient, family, and caregivers as needed Maintain a safe, professional, and compassionate care environmentRequirements:
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with tracheostomy care, G-tube care, and Hoyer lift transfers required Home health, private duty, and skilled nursing experience preferred Comfortable working day or overnight shifts depending on availability Reliable transportation Availability to work one or more of the listed shifts Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach to careBenefits:
