Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Primary Care and STD clinic is seeking APRNs with at least one year of experience in primary care or

STD / HIV

treatment and prevention for a busy multi-physician practice providing care at partner / affiliated locations in the Orlando area. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Order and analyze appropriate labs for patients. Perform diagnostic evaluations, including physical examinations and medical history reviews. Prescribe and administer medications for primary care treatment and prevention of HIV and STDs. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking Please note this position requires early arrival, 5 a.m. but concludes by noon. Basic qualifications Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Autonomous preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Primary Care experience Knowledge of HIV treatment protocols and PrEP Familiarity with EMR and e-prescribing, prefer knowledge of ECW. Preferred qualifications Experience with ECW EMR English and Spanish proficiency Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems. Expertise in specialized treatments such as HIV and PrEP.
