Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) — G-Tube (Basic Case) | Miami-Dade Family First Homecare | 1:1 In-Home Care | 8-12 hr shifts | Days/Nights | Weekly Pay (W2) Family First Homecare is hiring RN/LPNs for a basic pediatric 1:1 in-home case in Miami-Dade . This role is a great fit for nurses comfortable with G-tube care/feeds and routine pediatric home health skills. We match cases based on your availability, location, and experience. Position Summary Provide safe, skilled pediatric nursing care in the patient's home per the plan of care, support the family/caregiver, and document accurately and on time. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home per plan of care Perform G-tube care and administer enteral feeds/meds as ordered Monitor patient status, safety, and comfort; report changes promptly Educate and support caregivers on daily care routines and safety Follow infection control practices and maintain a safe environment Complete documentation accurately and on time Common Skills (Varies by Case) G-tube care (site care, feeds, medication administration via tube, basic troubleshooting) Feeding pump use (if applicable) Medication administration Vital signs, basic assessment, safety monitoring Seizure precautions (if applicable) Basic respiratory monitoring (pulse ox if ordered) Schedule Options 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Days, nights, and weekends available (based on openings) We match schedules based on your availability and skill set Pay + Support Pay:
