Ethicians & Aesthetic Nurse (RN or LPN) - Luxury Head & Med Spa | Plantation, FL The New Look Is Yours Head & Med Spa is seeking a skilled and passionate RN or LPN with advanced training in medical-grade cosmetic procedures to join our growing luxury team in Plantation, Florida . We are a high-end, results-driven med spa specializing in hair, skin, and body treatments , focused on delivering exceptional client care and natural, beautiful results. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, body contouring, microneedling, and non-surgical intimate wellness/vaginal rejuvenation treatments . Conduct detailed consultations and customize treatment plans Educate clients on procedures, skincare, and long-term maintenance Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols Provide a luxury, personalized experience for every client Support scheduling, follow-ups, and client retention efforts Confidently recommend and sell packages, memberships, and skincare Qualifications Active Florida RN or LPN license (required) Advanced training in medical aesthetics / cosmetic procedures Experience in a med spa or aesthetic environment preferred Strong consultation and sales ability Professional, polished, and client-focused Passion for beauty, wellness, and results Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + commission Performance-based bonuses Discounts on services and retail products Opportunity for growth within a luxury brand Positive, team-oriented environment
