Job Description
We are seeking a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN / CPNP) who is passionate about pediatric medicine and thrives in a collaborative, empathetic environment. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents, working alongside a board-certified pediatrician to support families through every stage of growth. Candidates must have at least 2 years of general Pediatric experience and must be comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional clinical care for a wide range of pediatric services, including newborn care, well-child visits, immunizations, and acute sick visits. Manage chronic conditions common in pediatrics, such asthma, eczema and mental/behavioral health concerns. Conduct comprehensive school, camp, and sports physicals. Deliver supportive guidance and education to families, including newborns and adolescent care counseling. Utilize the eCW Electronic Health Records platform to provide accessible, efficient care. Collaborate closely with our integrated care team to maintain our high PCMH standards of patient-centered care. Formulate, implement, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans Qualifications Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Florida. Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or PMHS). Strong clinical skills in general pediatrics with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
