Job Description:
Up to $10K Sign on Bonus (if eligible) Up to $10K Relocation Bonus (if eligible) 10 or 12 hour shift shifts Weekends/Holidays will be call basis This position will require call Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care. Develops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others. Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment. Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care. Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Pursues professional growth and development, maintaining current knowledge, certification, and licensure per hospital policy. Serves as a role model for current and new staff. Attends required safety training programs and understands responsibilities related to general and specific job-related safety, including following Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens. Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees.
