Job Description:

Up to $10K Sign on Bonus (if eligible) Up to $10K Relocation Bonus (if eligible) Requires Call

• must be 30 minutes of the hospital 6:30a-5p, 4 10 hour days Call coverage on weekends and holidays Assesses patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.

Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards. Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection. Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient. Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluates the effectiveness of teaching. Recognizes the patient or designee as a full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care based on respect for the patient's preferences, values, and needs. Delivers relationship-based care, engaging patients in all aspects of care with respect for cultural differences and diversity. Delegates tasks to non-RN personnel in accordance with State Board of Nursing and hospital policy. Maintains thorough patient charts and records and documents ongoing status, interventions, patient response and outcomes in an accurate, timely manner. Manages resources and patient flow by matching nursing competencies with individualized patient and unit needs. Uses standards of care, hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to guide practice. Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with Windows operating system
• Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, including the circulatory and neuro systems
• Maintains all required registries and licenses for performing Invasive Cardiology procedures
• Skilled in operating x-ray equipment and knowledgeable in placing service calls
• Adheres to Basic Radiation Safety concepts to minimize exposure levels for patients and staff
• Capable of learning and becoming independent in various roles such as scrub, record, and circulate positions for Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiovascular cases
• Experience in operating equipment across various Invasive Cardiology labs
• Assists in the efficient patient flow through Invasive Cardiology areas

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Nursing Work Experience:

• 1+ year experience preferred nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty [Required]
