Registered Nurse

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care across various medical settings. The Registered Nurse will utilize advanced clinical skills, medical terminology knowledge, and EMR/EHR systems proficiency to deliver exceptional patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning. This role offers opportunities to work with patients with complex conditions like dementia or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations Administer medications via injections, IV infusions, and other routes following aseptic techniques Document patient care accurately using Axxess as EMR. Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management and post-acute care. Educate patients and families on health coaching, medication management, nutrition, family planning, and disease prevention strategies Maintain infection control standards and sterile processing protocols during all procedures Experience Familiarity with outpatient clinics or ambulatory centers; home & community care experience preferred. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Axxess and familiarity with

ICD-9/ICD-10.

Pay:

$40.00 - $90.00 per hour
