LPN-Nights (7pm to 7am)

The LPN will work onsite 7:00pm to 7:00am, night shift schedule and rotating weekends. The LPN will provide care and monitoring for the mental and medical stability of the clients in a detox and residential facility. This is a full-time position and includes the following responsibilities: Provide unit supervision on assigned shifts. Screening and intake of clients Entering client information into our EMR with accuracy Development of a diagnostic impression for those clients screened. Assessing client mental health for appropriate psychiatric disposition, medical and substance abuse assessment. Medical treatment as ordered by the physician. Medical triage Administration of emergency medications Crisis intervention Emergency procedures (if needed)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One year or more experience in substance use and/or mental health setting.
