Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - Cath Lab Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with Cath Lab experience to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures and offers a supportive environment where your expertise will make a direct impact. The contract role allows you to bring your specialized skills to a collaborative medical setting, working alongside experienced clinicians and staff.
Schedule/Hours:
Four 10-hour shifts per week (4x10s) 7:00 AM - 6:00
PM Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license Strong background in Cath Lab nursing, with recent hands-on experience preferred Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular monitoring, sterile techniques, and emergency care Proficiency in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking abilities BLS and ACLS certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures Administer medications and monitor sedation for Cath Lab patients Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Operate and monitor specialized Cath Lab equipment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Respond promptly to changes in patient status or emergencies
