Job Summary Matrix Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide Start of Care and skilled home health visits throughout the Seminole and Lake County area. This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy working independently, providing one-on-one patient care, and making a meaningful impact in the home setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, patient-focused, and comfortable completing skilled nursing visits while communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and the clinical team.
