Role:

Proven proficiency in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively. Strong leadership skills to delegate, coordinate, and collaborate with licensed and ancillary team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly across diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle a busy clinical environment. Ability to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including maintaining all required certifications.

Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:

Certification in a clinical specialty area. Experience with electronic health records and web-based applications. Knowledge of current healthcare laws, standards, and best practices.

Education and Experience Preferred:

Current RN license in the state of practice. A minimum of 2+ years of hospital-based Medical/Surgical nursing experience. Preferred education includes an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work the Night Shift (12-hour shifts starting from 5/5/2026). Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification is a plus. Ability to exert physical effort including lifting and moving patients in accordance with job demands. Commitment to maintaining a safe, ethical, and compliant work environment.
