Pay:

$28-$35/hr |

ASAP Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in a young person's life? We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) part time/full time caring for an 18-year-old client with a tracheostomy and ventilator 2 Nights a week and 5 days a week. This opportunity is perfect for a nurse who values connection, consistency, and the chance to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a warm and supportive home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management Monitor and document the patient's health status Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida) Experience required with: Tracheostomy care Ventilator management Pediatric or home health experience preferred
