Job Description
Join Wheatland Health Community Care as a FullTime or PartTime Registered Field Nurse serving Osceola County and Brevard County, FL. Choose your territory, enjoy pervisit pay, and deliver highimpact care within 8:00 AM-8:00 PM business hours, without working all 12 hours. and shape your ideal field schedule. We take care of our nursing team with great pay and benefits!
Pay:
Salaried W-2 position (FullTime or PartTime)- $1,500
- 2,000 weekly Productivity expectation of 30 patient visits per week, with an additional per-visit rate of approximately $65
- 70 for visits completed above that threshold

SCHEDULE FOR OUR REGISTERED FIELD NURSE
FullTime or PartTime with visits scheduled within 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; you won't work a 12hour shift Choose at least one territory and cover all ZIP codes in that territory (you may choose multiple):YOUR ROLE AS A REGISTERED FIELD NURSE
Each day as a Registered Field Nurse, you map your territory and head out to complete SOCs, recertifications, routine skilled visits, and discharges, performing comprehensive assessments, implementing and updating the plan of care, and turning complex instructions into practical teaching for patients and families; you capture accurate, timely EMR documentation (assessments, interventions, orders, signatures) to keep visits compliant and billable; you coordinate with physicians, therapists, care coordinators, and admin to align orders and authorizations; and when you spot a change in condition or safety risk, you escalate early to protect outcomes and prevent avoidable hospitalizations-all while reinforcing quality standards and participating in QA feedback that sharpens care. In order to do this, you'll need the following: Active Florida RN license and reliable transportation 3+ years of nursing experiencePreferred:
