Registered Nurse

Position Summary We're hiring a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the Sun City area. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of two days of coverage per week, with potential to expand based on caseload and clinician availability. assessments Develop and update the plan of care in coordination with the physician and interdisciplinary team Provide wound care, medication management, patient/caregiver education, and disease management Document all visits in Axxess EMR by end of day (point-of-care documentation strongly preferred) Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, case managers, and the office team Participate in case conferences and care coordination as needed Adhere to Medicare Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and agency policies Requirements Active, unrestricted Florida RN license (or compact license valid in FL) Minimum 1 year of home health experience required Proficiency with Axxess EMR (required) Strong
