  • Nurse Case Manager Serving Orange, Osceola, Brevard & Seminole Counties, FL Pay Range:
    $38
  • 40/hour Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM EST Local Travel Required (Up to 75%) Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a healthcare client with hiring compassionate and organized Clinical Case Managers to support members throughout Orange, Osceola, Brevard, and Seminole Counties.
This is a great opportunity for self-motivated healthcare professionals who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and making a direct impact in their community. This role combines telephonic and face-to-face case management to help members navigate their healthcare needs and improve overall wellness outcomes.
  • What You'll Do
  • Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate case management services Support medically complex and high-risk members Coordinate care with PCPs, specialists, and healthcare providers Assist with prior authorizations, medication reviews, and condition management Connect members with community resources and support services Develop proactive care plans to improve short and long-term health outcomes Travel to member homes and healthcare facilities within assigned counties •What We're Looking For•Active RN License in the state of Florida required Fluency in both English and Spanish required Self-motivated and detail-oriented professionals Strong critical thinking and organizational skills Comfortable managing a caseload independently Tech-savvy with strong documentation skills Ability to travel throughout assigned counties and neighboring areas Candidates must reside in Orange, Osceola, Brevard, or Seminole County •Why Join?

  • $38.
