A private aesthetic medspa in Columbus, Ohio is hiring a Registered Nurse to support patient care, clinical documentation, safety screening, and scheduled cosmetic and wellness services. About the Clinic Setting The hiring clinic provides scheduled aesthetic, cosmetic Spa, and wellness services in a professional outpatient environment. Patient visits are appointment-based and supported by clinic protocols, provider direction, documentation standards, and safety procedures. This is not a hospital or emergency-care role. The position is based in a medspa-style outpatient setting where professionalism, accuracy, communication, and patient comfort are important. What This RN Position Involves The RN will assist the medspa team before, during, and after scheduled patient services. The position includes reviewing patient information, preparing the care environment, documenting accurately, observing patients during assigned services, and communicating with the supervising provider when questions or concerns arise. All responsibilities are completed according to clinic policies, provider instruction, applicable Ohio nursing regulations, and RN scope-of-practice requirements. Primary Areas of Support Patient Intake & Screening Review intake forms, medical history, and service-related screening information Identify questions, incomplete information, or concerns that should be escalated Support a smooth and professional patient check-in and pre-service process Clinical Documentation Complete charting, consent documentation, service records, and related notes accurately Maintain organized and complete patient records Follow documentation standards provided during training Patient Monitoring & Communication Observe patients during assigned services Communicate changes, concerns, contraindications, or unusual symptoms to the supervising provider Provide only approved pre-service and post-service instructions Room, Supply & Safety Support Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment for scheduled appointments Follow sanitation, infection prevention, privacy, and workplace safety procedures Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional care environment Paid Training Paid training is provided before the selected RN independently performs assigned responsibilities. Training may cover clinic workflow, patient safety procedures, documentation expectations, medspa service protocols, sanitation standards, privacy practices, and provider-directed care procedures. Prior aesthetic, cosmetic, or medspa experience is not required for qualified candidates who are willing to learn and complete required training. Early-Career RN Applicants Newly licensed Registered Nurses and early-career RNs are encouraged to apply. Applicants with an active RN license, strong professionalism, reliable attendance, good communication skills, and attention to detail will be considered. Experienced RNs are also encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse license in good standing Ability to work on-site in Columbus, Ohio Comfort working in a patient-facing outpatient environment Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to follow written protocols and provider direction Dependable attendance and punctuality Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Willingness to complete required paid training Helpful but Not Required Experience in any of the following settings may be helpful: Aesthetic medicine Medspa services Dermatology Plastic surgery Outpatient healthcare Medical office or clinic operations Patient-facing nursing care Schedule Expectations This position is scheduled four days per week. The schedule includes Sunday plus three weekdays. Typical shifts are approximately 7-8 hours.

11:00 AM-6:00 PM Limited time before opening or after closing may occasionally be needed for clinical or administrative duties. Final schedule details will be reviewed during the interview process. Compensation Pay range:
$21.00-$28.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. Required training hours are paid. Any additional compensation details, if applicable, will be discussed during the hiring process.
