  • Summary:
  • + Provide comprehensive and specialized care for pediatric and adult patients with bleeding disorders and pediatric patients with thrombophilia conditions + Close partnership with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care across both inpatient and outpatient settings + Responsible for overseeing nursing and multidisciplinary staff in the provision of patient care + Key duties include conducting inpatient consultations and outpatient visits, encompassing assessment, documentation, diagnostics, medication management, prescribing, and patient education + Provide triage and managing telephone/telehealth follow-up for both acute and routine patient needs + Participate as a sub-investigator on clinical research trials and contribute to research efforts focused on bleeding disorders and thrombophilia + Maintaining current knowledge of evidence-based treatment protocols and supporting care coordination are essential responsibilities + Adults and Pediatric •

  • 4 Years of acute care nursing experience +

  • 1 year minimum in a supervisory role +
