Schedule:

Nights + Demonstrates organizational commitment standards and values. + Communicates with internal and external customers in person via phone. + Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments and personnel. + Participates in hourly rounding using the Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You (AIDET) technique to improve patient outcomes. + Incorporates Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice. + Adheres to organizational standards for dress and professional appearance.

• Skills required to work in critical care area as defined by unit [Required]

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• Graduate of a school of nursing

• Work Experience:

• Experience in a specialty area(s). [Preferred]
