• The RN responsibilities include:
• + Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. + Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. + Professional accountability and development. + Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

• Qualifications:

• Certifications and Licensures:

• + BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required + RN (Registered Nurse) license is required + ACLS Certification, if required by department + Nurse Specialty certification is preferred

• Education:

• + Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required + Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

• Experience:

• + 2 years of RN experience is required.
