Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing with a specialization in Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) to lead our clinical team in Venice. This pivotal role involves providing clinical and professional leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and implementing healthcare policies, maintaining a safe working environment, and upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day clinical operations with a focus on excellence in patient care. Ensure effective management of clinical care and support services. Interpret and implement healthcare policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and patients.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state. Minimum of 18 months of dialysis experience, with a strong preference for those with hemodialysis knowledge. Expertise in Peritoneal Dialysis is essential. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required. A minimum of one year of nursing experience.
