Join a Growing Medicare-Certified Home Health Organization Peaceful Pulse Homecare is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving patients throughout Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fellsmere, Wabasso, Roseland, and surrounding Indian River County communities. Our clinicians play a critical role in helping patients recover safely at home, prevent avoidable hospitalizations, and achieve their highest level of independence. Position Type 1099 Independent Contractor Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and accepted standards of nursing practice. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, and provide education to patients and caregivers. Responsibilities Perform Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertification, Transfer, Discharge, and Routine Skilled Nursing Visits Complete OASIS assessments accurately and timely Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care Assess patient conditions and communicate significant changes to the physician and care team Provide medication management and patient education Perform wound care and disease management as ordered Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate electronic documentation Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary collaboration Qualifications Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License Current CPR Certification Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Current Auto Insurance Strong Clinical Assessment Skills Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills Ability to Work Independently Home Health Experience Preferred OASIS Experience Preferred Why Peaceful Pulse Homecare?
