What You'll Do As our Regional Nurse Consultant, you'll serve as the clinical leader supporting multiple facilities by: Leading regulatory compliance and maintaining continuous

survey readiness Coaching and mentoring Directors of Nursing and clinical leadership teams Driving improvements in Five-Star Quality Measures, infection prevention, hospital readmissions, falls, and pressure injury outcomes Conducting clinical audits, mock surveys, and quality improvement initiatives Supporting MDS accuracy, clinical documentation, and reimbursement performance Partnering with Executive Leadership to promote operational excellence and resident-centered care Assisting facilities during surveys, leadership transitions, and strategic clinical initiatives We're Looking For Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 5 years of skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience Previous Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or Regional Nurse Consultant experience preferred Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, AHCA standards, MDS, infection prevention, and quality improvement Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills Willingness to travel throughout the Palm Beach region Why Luxe Healthcare?
