Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner at the Humanitary Medical Center Inc, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on preventive care and health education. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing chronic conditions and providing follow-up care to ensure optimal health outcomes. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the overall mission of improving community health and well-being. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, prescribing medications and therapies as needed. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an accredited program. Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a primary care or urgent care setting. Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
