Winter Springs Pay:
$32.00- $35.
Night Differential Pay Schedule:

Click Here We Are Looking For Lotus Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a residential behavioral health setting serving adolescents. The RN will be responsible for providing nursing care, medication administration, health monitoring, documentation, and coordination of medical services while ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients. This position requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and a passion for working with adolescents in a behavioral health environment. Responsibilities The RN provides on-site nursing and attendant care to adolescents residing in Lotus Behavioral Health facilities. The RN is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Lotus Behavioral Health and comply with all policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPAA, and local, state, and federal regulations.Basic Education and Experience Required:
Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida CPR/BLS Certification required Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, pediatrics, detox, or mental health preferred Must pass Level 2 Background Screening (DCF Clearinghouse) Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to respond appropriately in crisis situations Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct care and nursing services to residents as prescribed by program regulations and/or individual treatment plans, including collecting medical specimens. Maintain records including Medication Administration Records, medical records, and medical charts. Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings as needed. Prevent client abuse by adhering to all policies and procedures, attending periodic training, reporting suspicious or inappropriate behavior, and following mandatory abuse reporting requirements. Monitor chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures. Obtain patient data and vital signs and report findings to the RN/Medical Director. Schedule medical, dental, vision, and clinical appointments and provide medical information on a need-to-know basis. Comply with all reporting requirements, biohazard program requirements, and medical protocols. Attend meetings as required and participate as an interdisciplinary team member. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Heavy exposure/use of computers, cell phones, office phones, etc. Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus; one must also have adequate vision to read correspondence(s), computer screen(s), form(s), etc. Manual dexterity is sufficient to operate a keyboard, copier, telephone, calculator, and the ability to write and/or type. Ability to be physically mobile (stand, walk, reach, climb, bend) and to sit for prolonged periods throughout work hours. Must be able to lift and/or move 25 or more pounds occasionally. Must respond appropriately and effectively in crises by using good judgment and following Lotus Behavioral Health protocols. Supervision will be provided.
