About the Role We are hiring a Registered Nurse to provide intermittent skilled nursing visits, assessments, and supervision of care plans in a home health setting. Responsibilities Initial and ongoing patient assessments Development and updates of care plans Skilled nursing visits ( evaluations, vitals) Supervisory visits for CNAs/HHA staff Documentation and compliance reporting Communication with physicians and care team Qualifications Active Georgia RN license required Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred Home health experience a plus CPR certification required Strong documentation skills Compensation (Pay Per Visit): Start of Care (SOC): $160
