Job Description
RN - MedSurg, Trauma, Nights, Weekend Option in
This population includes GI surgeries such as colon resections, small bowel resections, cholecystectomies and appendectomies. We also care for vascular surgeries, mastectomies, thyroidectomies and maxillofacial procedures, etc. Patients may have an ostomy, NGT and/or other feeding tube and/or drains. Trauma patients may have multiple injuries, chest tubes, a tracheostomy and/or other drains, but have stabilized enough for a non-ICU/step down med-surg floor admission. We are a level 2 trauma center. Come join our energetic team of nurses, patient care techs and secretaries dedicated to patient safety, focused on developing professional relationships with the entire care team and growing our staff into the PAR leaders of tomorrow!

Sign-on Bonus Available $ Weekend Option Nights 7pm-7am Gen Surg-Trauma Dept. The surgery unit has 29 beds. Our dynamic patient population includes surgical, trauma and a variety of medical patients. Our surgeries typically involve the neck to the gut.This population includes GI surgeries such as colon resections, small bowel resections, cholecystectomies and appendectomies. We also care for vascular surgeries, mastectomies, thyroidectomies and maxillofacial procedures, etc. Patients may have an ostomy, NGT and/or other feeding tube and/or drains.
