  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Healthcare Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes.
The nurse will work closely with families to ensure each child receives the highest quality of care while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient health status, vital signs, and progress. Perform skilled procedures such as G-tube care, suctioning, and wound care (as applicable). Educate and support families on patient care plans and medical needs. Document care provided and update medical records in compliance with state and agency policies. Communicate with the healthcare team regarding changes in patient condition. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home care environment.
Qualifications Required Licensure:
Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification.
Required Skills:
Must be bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written communication). Ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking patients and families. Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills. Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing exceptional care to children and families.
