Intensive Care Unit Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, monitor, and intervene to ensure the best outcomes for patients in need of intensive medical intervention.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Use advanced medical technology to closely monitor and support patients Educate patients and their families on the patient's condition and treatment plan Provide emotional support to patients and their loved ones during difficult times Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
Qualifications and Skills:
