We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality medical and surgical treatment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assessing and monitoring patient's conditions Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans Providing education to patients and their families on medical conditions and treatments Performing procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheterization Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients

Qualifications and Skills:
