This role delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency services. About the Role The ED RN provides individualized care using the nursing process, evidence‑based practice, and strong critical‑thinking skills. You'll partner closely with patients and families, communicate effectively with the care team, and support a culture of safety, quality, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes Deliver relationship‑based, culturally sensitive care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Document care accurately and timely Participate in performance improvement and shared governance Serve as a mentor or preceptor as needed Support safe, efficient use of resources Qualifications Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred Minimum 6 months of RN experience Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Required Licensure & Certifications Active RN license (single‑state or compact)
