Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES
Case Manager RN:
Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, Patient Care Coordination. Will work with Kaiser leaders on-site at Emory St. Joseph and Emory Decatur supporting case files
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
GA or Compact license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Kaiser experience preferred not req
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13
