This role is ideal for an RN with a strong background in care coordination, utilization review, discharge planning, and case management within an acute care setting .

PM Weekly Pay:
Up to $2,000/week

July 2026 No weekends No call Block scheduling available Local candidates accepted at the same rate Required Qualifications Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license Minimum 3 years of recent RN Case Management experience Previous travel experience required BLS certification required Experience in acute care hospital settings required Proficiency with utilization review and discharge planning Experience using InterQual and Milliman guidelines Familiarity with Medicare and CMS regulations Preferred Qualifications Teaching hospital experience Community hospital experience Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills Core Responsibilities Assess, evaluate, and drive patient discharge plans Coordinate services to ensure patients transition to the appropriate level of care Monitor length of stay and identify barriers to discharge Conduct concurrent reviews and continued stay reviews Perform utilization review and medical necessity evaluations Manage appeals and denials processes Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and regulatory requirements Deliver patient choice notifications, IMM notices, and MOON documentation Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and post-acute providers Experience With Acute care case management Utilization review Discharge planning Care coordination InterQual criteria Milliman guidelines Medical necessity reviews Medicare regulations DRG and ICD-10 knowledge LTAC, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing transitions Additional Information First-time travelers are not accepted
Maximum RTO:
